Confidentiality of Personal Information

‍Blocal has invested significantly in putting into place both internal policies and technologies to protect the privacy of information submitted by our customers. This includes the creation and implementation of policies as detailed on our Privacy Policy Page, as well as an industry leading security infrastructure including firewalls and encryption technologies. The reason for collecting this information is for BlocPal to be compliant with legal and regulatory requirements such as the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) guidelines, as well as the need for such information being vital to Blocpal offering our services to customers.

All personal information is not shared with any third parties, except those for those situations described in our Privacy Policy Page and all staff with access to sensitive information will be obligated to sign a confidentiality agreement which will be enforceable even upon the event of them leaving the BlocPal company.
