Getting Started

Open Your Account
In order to open your account simply download our app to your mobile device from the Apple App Store/Google Play Store:

*Please note you will need a valid email address and mobile phone number that must be verified in order to create your account

Identity Verification
In order to begin using your account you will have to verify your identity. To do this simply open the Blocpal app and go to Settings -> Verification -> User Documents. Here you must upload three documents to prove your identify:

Photograph: Please use the camera on your mobile device to take a selfie of yourself with your government id. Please hold your ID close to, but not obstructing, your face when taking the photograph

Government Issued ID: A clear copy of your passport, drivers licence or other government id must be uploaded in the app.

Proof of Address: Proof of address must be a utility bill or official government correspondence no more than 3 months old that contains an official header or seal from the sender and your name and mailing address.

Once you upload your documents they will remain pending until approved by our Security team

Email & SMS verification
In order to use your Blocpal account, both your email address and mobile phone number must be verified.

Email : We will send an email to the address registered on the account. Simply follow the instructions in the email to verify your account. If you haven’t received the email, please check that your email address is correct and also check your Junk/Spam email folder. If you have any difficulties, please contact us at [email protected].

SMS : We will send an SMS to the mobile phone number registered on the account. When you receive the message, take note of the confirmation code and enter it on the Settings –> Phone Number page in the Blocpal app. If you haven’t received the SMS, please check that your phone number is correct.
