Your BlocPal Account

Account settings
Select the Settings icon after you have logged in in order to access the settings menu.

Local Currency
BlocPal presently supports three currencies. USD, EUR & CAD. Simply select your preferred account currency to enable it. More currencies will be made available in the near future.

Linked Accounts
You can add both third party crypto wallets and bank accounts to withdraw funds from your BlocPal account. Select “Add an account” or “Add a bank account” and enter all the required information in order to complete this.

Remember to keep your email address up to date. If you change your email address, you’ll receive an email from BlocPal with the steps required to complete the change.

Phone Number
You may change your registered phone number at any time. Simply enter your new number and wait for an SMS from BlocPal containing your verification code. Enter your code in order to update.

It’s very important to ensure that we have the correct residential address on file for you. You can edit your address at any time however please be aware that you will need to submit a new proof of address document in order for us to verify. Please note that users may not change their country of residence in the app. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Currency Preferences
Here you can select all the currencies to view in your wallets. All currencies supported by the BlocPal blockchain will always be available to you and currency preferences can be changed at any time.
