Your BlocPal Account

Account settings
Select the Settings icon at the bottom right of the screen after you have logged into the app in order to access the settings menu.

Local Currency
In the Settings Menu, you can click on "Local Currency" to see all the fiat currencies that BlocPal currently supports.

Linked Accounts
You can add both third-party crypto wallets and bank accounts to your BlocPal Account to use for both depositng and withdrawing funds. In the Settings Menu, click on "External Accounts" in order to view all accounts linked to your BlocPal Account or to link more accounts.

Email
Remember to keep your email address up to date. If you want to update your email address, go to the Settings Menu and click on "Email". Your newly inputted email address will be sent a verification email to confirm the change.

Phone Number
You may change your registered phone number at any time. To do so, go to the Settings Menu and click on "Phone Number". Enter your new phone number and wait for an SMS from BlocPal containing your verification code. Enter your code in order to update your account.

Residence
It’s very important to ensure that we have the correct residential address on file for you. You can edit your address at any time however please be aware that you will need to submit a new proof of address document in order for us to verify. Please note that users may not change their country of residence in the app. Please contact us at support@blocpal.com for assistance.

Currency Preferences
Here you can select all the currencies to view in your wallets. All currencies supported by the BlocPal blockchain will always be available to you and currency preferences can be changed at any time.
